Governance
Steering Committee
The governing body that guides the strategic direction of the Open Regulatory Compliance Working Group.
What it does
Sets strategy, defines scope, coordinates the work.
The Steering Committee ensures our collective efforts align with the group’s mission to support open source communities in navigating evolving regulatory landscapes.
It sets strategy, defines scope, oversees the specification roadmap and ensures effective coordination among members. It is responsible for the charter, establishes annual work and financial plans, and leads the effort to advance open specifications and best practices that help organisations meet regulatory requirements such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act, while sustaining innovation across the open source supply chain.
Each Strategic Member appoints one representative.
